# 錯誤代碼對照表

| 狀態碼 | 說明 | 解決方案 |

| **400** | 請求格式錯誤 | 請求參數不符（例如少帶了欄位或格式不對） |
| **401** | 無效權杖 (Invalid Token) | 通常是因為 Token 與 Base URL 不匹配。 |
| **403** | Token 分組被禁用 | 通常是 Token 額度不足（注意：Token 額度與帳戶額度是不同概念）。<br />請至 \*\*API 密鑰管理 > 編輯> 開啟「無限額度」\*\*即可，通常約 2 分鐘後生效。<br />也可以嘗試新建一個權杖並設為無限額度。 |
| **404** | API 路徑不存在 | 可能是 API 位址設定錯誤，請參考對應 API 文檔。 |
| **429** | 上游限流 (Rate Limit) | 代表模型已達到流量限制，即使用人數過多導致模型達到 **TPM (Tokens Per Minute)** 飽和。<br />通常稍後重試即可，若持續無法使用，請將模型全稱提供給客服排查。 |
| **500** | 伺服器內部錯誤 | 若多次重試仍失敗，請[聯繫我們](https://mixroute.ai/docs/zh-hant/contact)。 |
| **503** | 模型不可用 | 請檢查**模型全稱**是否正確，可至選單的「[模型廣場](https://console.mixroute.ai/models)」定價頁面查看。<br />若模型名稱無誤，請將名稱提供給客服進行排查。 |
| **504** | Gateway Timeout | 上游伺服器未及時回應，請稍後重試。 |
